This Wed 1/10 is the first general meeting of our community board this year. I plan on going, anyone else? I think it is essential that this group establish itself as a real entity with the board and develop some direct lines of communication. Many of the questions people brought up at the last B61 meeting are ones that ultimately need to be brought to the board anyway, or have already been addressed at the general meetings. At the very least it seems that the Columbia Waterfront Neighborhood Assoc. should strive to always have a representative - a pair of ears anyway - at each meeting.
